Just got the prestige card from Citibank.. to be honest I am not impress by it... most of the perks are really attractive on papers but in reality it's not. Citibank is doing the good old bait and switch.

1) free fourth night hotel stay.. this is one of the main reason I got the card but turns out its cheaper just booking from agoda or booking.com
2) lounges access is a dismay only 12 per annum??? And you can't bring a guest??
3) citi points conversion is sub par
4) concierge service will be merge with uob and I already have uob premier miles cc so no difference
5) the only thing that might make the cc worth the high af is the free limo ride from klia. I travel 3 to 4 times oversea a month..

Do you guys think I should keep the card or just cancel it? Since I already have the uob premier miles which is banging out tons of points annually for me.. don't have those fancy perks but a very reliable points for miles cc.

Yes prestige card perks are not attractive but since the AF can b waive, this the reason why i still keeping the card

Agoda/booking room rate per night may b slightly cheaper but with the fourth nite complimentary stay, the total room charge should be much lower.

Changed from unlimited PP to limited LK and AF is waivable, I would say nothing much to complaint bout, the t&c is listed clearly before u apply. If you prefer unlimited worldwide lounge access and bring guest, you should consider SC PB VI/ Amex charge card

Points conversion to airmiles really sucks. Tht y it now my spare card just to enjoy the free fouth nite stay/lounge when i need bring more guest/complimentary limo.

concierge service, nothing special

free limo is a good perk, 3 swipe with any amount in foreign currency

I would say, still worth to keep the card since u travel frequently, provided CS waive your AF, otherwise look for better card
