How can I check my bill for fiber service on the internet???
And payment on the internet is only one method? by jompay??

Hi paxkorea,

To view your home fibre internet statement, you may login or sign up as new user at MyLaunchPad. From there, you can manage your account.

The payment methods are vary, depending on your preference, as stated below,

1. Online banking
2. Payment over the counter
3. Maxis Pay

I know that site. But I cannot register members.

Phone Number(Voip#) / Account Number*
This phone number is my phone number? when I put my mobile number and account number, invalid phone number signal came out.
Just explain how to register member.

And I saw the sentence in the registration page,
"Only applicable for Lite Fibre 5Mbps customer."
If this is correct, how can I register members? because I'm using 10mbps fiber service

Hi paxkorea,

When you enter MyLaunchPad page, you may follow these steps,

1. Click Login to MyAccount Portal
2. You will enter this page, click First time user
3. Select the following,

User Type : Maxis Fibre Internet
Phone Number(Voip#) / Account Number*: Your fixed line number by adding prefix 6
NRIC: Enter your NRIC
Tick on T&C

4. Click Submit
5. You will enter another page to fill up the details and password and new username

I don't have fixed line number. I don't know what number I should fill in.
