Been using Digi for the pass 10yrs. And switches to Celcom First Basic 38 (thinking that the the data carry forward service is attractive), not knowing that Celcom network SUCK like hell. Now I'm back to DIGI Smart Plan 50 (new plan), and that is where the problem starts.

DIGI users:
- Currently using 2x Principle lines + 1x Supplementary Digi line.
- 2x Zenfone2 devices. 1x Galaxy Tab S.
- Location: PJ & KL (Doesn't really matter cuz the calls will connect to the outer space anyway).


Issues:
- Any calls made to the DG recipients will never get connected (recipients's phone never ring).
- But caller will hear the other side (DG recipients) ringing, followed with voice mail msg.
- Then DG recipients will receive misscalls notifications (via sms).

****Spooky thing is WHERE does the call connected to? HELL or OUTER SPACE?****


Test
- Tested with 3 different devices on different location - same issue.
- Tested with 3 different devices next to each other - same issue.
- Escalated to DIGI & DG technical team trying to call me back - same issue.

yup face the same problem sometimes too on digi.
phone next to each other but the recipient never rang at all
