hi guys. im thinking of starting a calesthenic workout. but i cant seem to do even 1 clean pull/chin up. is there any like weight train i can do so i can get the str to do pull up?
ive been doing australian pullup. but it does not seem enough :/

im currently studying at terengganu. ans there is no gym nearby :/ i mean is there like any pushup or workout for me without the needing of any equipment? ex:dip,pushup,etc

Train using the lat pull down machine. Slowly build up your strength

Try negative pull ups... is a start.
