Port Out issue, Hotlink number unable to port out

Hi Hotlink, I am porting out from my prepaid number and there is some issue. Firstly, the issue was account name is differ from owner name. It is due to previously I was in the Supp Line under my girlfriend's account. So when we decide to switch from Postpaid to Prepaid, my number account's details was automatically uses her details as the owner info, resulting both number also under her name. I went to perform account ownership transfer on Wednesday at Maxis TTDI branch, it was told successfully updated the new owner details (under my name now). However when I went over to other Telco, the issue is still right there. Hereby I attached the Industry Listing for your reference. I am in urgent to get it done by this weekend. Thanks.
