I just received an email from MAS asking if I want bid to upgrade my seat. Minimum bid rm2500 worth or not? Anyone ever try business on a380 before? So tempted to bid now. 13hours flight to paris very long time to be cramped on economy lol

left the suckiest seat for you unless the plane is empty.
but then even if the plane is empty, most ffp will be upgraded first, then only it will be given to bidders.

Last time got problem with my booking. So they compensate lor hehe. In fact i was on stand by for economy seat n apparently only business class got free seat

the airlines have to reward them for their loyalty somehow right.
fly 20x per year in economy > fly 1 times business class per year.

minimum only RM 2500. I think you have to bid at least RM 3000 to get it.

I only experienced once for 3hr flight.
I jizzed when they addressed me by my name. From that time on, taking economy was like .......... to me.
When taking biz, u can also access Golden Lounge and priority boarding. Does CDG have lounge for MAS?
If me, worth the upgrade I would say.

Edit: if 777, i think dont bother as it is angled flat bed. Just my 0.02.

the most important thing to me when taking business/first, fast track immigration - not all countries have this.
2nd is the priority luggage.
3rd is lounge access
last is priority boarding - business class can board at their convenience.. no need to queue like the rest.

Don't know how it is now but my last flight back from Paris last year, I had a whole row of seats to myself. Centre column on lower deck economy so 4 seats. Had a damned good sleep that flight.

If per way,dont bother. You can get it for about 2300 when you upgrade on the spot at golden lounge but depending on seats availability

Priority boarding allows u to board anytime u like, and no need queue long long. And yeah for me, I like to board the plane early to settle down. Have a juice, check out the menu, snap some photos. Hope I can afford another biz trip for my next trip.
When I travel economy, i also usually board as soon as i can so i can have the space for my handcarry luggage

As for priority luggage, when i arrive back at KLIA, my luggage even slower than some economy ones.
Another advantage for TS is MAS allow 40kg for biz class (if he needs it).

MAS business class flat bed isnt really flat... compared to emirates business class..
not sure for MAS, Emirates gave priority pass to go through immigration as well, thus no long queue..

I would call and change the flight to london if a380 is what you want to experience. Of course make them waive all change fee.

Unfortunately I've booked tickets out of and back to Paris. So too much effort to try 380 biz

certainly look nice but the seat without contour not sure comfortable when sitting or not

This will see the SuperJumbo substitute for the 777-200ER on departures from Kuala Lumpur on August 17/18/21/29, 2015, with return flights from the French capital on August 18/19/22/30, 2015.

Not worth. Better spend money elsewhere.

1st and 3rd picture is A350-XWB.
They fly Doha-Singapore and Doha-Frankfurt with A350.

2nd pic is B787.

they also fly A380 from Doha - London/Paris/Bangkok.

KL really not much demand compared to Singapore and Bangkok.
