Currently, Maxis launch a new plan --> MaxisGo Plan
details of the plan : RM 48 per month for 1 GB data + 100 mins talk + 100 SMS

I would like to ask :
1) for talk/calling, after use up the 100 mins quota, what's the rate charges for subsequent mins ? Is it 15 sen/min ? for all network ?
2) for SMS, after use up the 100 SMS quota, what's the rate charges for subsequent SMS ? Is it 10 sen/SMS ? for all network ?
3) Is toll free call (for e.g. call to credit card customer service) included in the 100 mins quota ?

Hope anybody that knows the detail can answer my doubt, thanks.

On Net 25 sen/MMS

Other standard rates

1300 / 1800 / 1MOCC / special numbers
Peak rate (7am to 7pm)
RM0.15 sen/ 30 secs
Off-peak rate (7pm to 7 am)
RM0.075 sen/ 30 secs

However, for the bolded part [1300 / 1800 / 1MOCC / special numbers], can you clarify it is RM 0.15 ? or 0.15 sen per 30 secs for peak rate ?
Also, you stated this is the rate charges once utilization of the 100 mins call. So, is that means that the 100 mins call also included calling to 1300 / 1800 / 1MOCC / special numbers ??

The bundle 100 minutes for MaxisGo Plan does not include calls make to 1300 / 1800 / 1MOCC / special numbers.

The charges will be as per below:

RM0.15 sen/ 30 secs when you make calls to the numbers above between 7am to 7pm

RM0.075 sen/ 30 secs(Peak rate) when you make calls to the numbers above between 7pm to 7am (Off-peak rate)

but i think you miss out my 1 question,
the charges for special number/1300 etc. call is RM 0.15 or 0.15 sen ??
Look at the words that i highlight in red & underline, how can "RM" and "sen" appear together at the same time ?

As refer to the website, i do not see much details on the family plan.
If am i currently on surf more 50 and with a surf more 30 supp line. If i opt to switch to maxisgo for the principal line. Can i
1) maintain my surf more 30 supp line?
2) do i still enjoy Free calls and SMS between my principal and supp line?

If principal is under MaxisGo plan, your supplementary can be under Surfmore 30.
Please be informed that the free call allocation between both lines is 15hours and 1500SMS each.

does this mean that we have 1GB per month or 2GB per month under this MaxisGo plan? and cover LTE right?

and also, for RM48, it would be flat rate as long I use it under the allocated quota?

coz now i'm under MaxisOne and plan to downgrade to something more affordable, but data plan is still a priority.

a bit confused on whther to go for Maxis One Lite or MaxisGO.

MaxisGo seems more cheaper though...do advice

Hi silbii,

MaxisGO comes with 2 allocations of quotas, one for all-day (1GB) and the other from 2am to 7am (off peak hour) (1GB). Which means in total you will get 2GB data with a different allocation time usage. This plan was 4G enable hence you may use the plan with your LTE device in the supported area.

Please note that RM48 (6% GST exclusive) will be a monthly commitment, however, if your usage is above from the call/SMS allocation given, the extra charges will be count based on a pay-per-use.

Yupp. Gone.

survive around one year plus then gone. Good job maxis. Keep on throw away those under 50 plan and introduce expensive plan like MOP.

Cheapest also need 98 per month.
