I think the prices are depending on products. e.g lower high-end, medium high-end or higher high-end..just my thought.

If am not wrong 1k might be able to cover 80% or 90% of monthly loan repayment even if you are 1st phase buyers. Rental should be from at least 1.2k or above, i reckoned.
