If no problem at all, better don't. They are probably replacing them with refurbished parts.

Skylake + DDR4... pls prepared rm6000... Msi n acer only announce skylake n DDR 3 rite

Nope. Consumer notebook will come later. Price will not much differ from their current model.

Not sure about ddr4, but some source state that skylake can support both ddr3L and ddr4. Better wait for announcement.

Hi, I would like to look for a laptop that's light (1.2-1.6kg) that is below RM4000. Currently looking at MacBook Air, but I've used Windows my whole life so I'm still skeptical to switch OS. Can someone recommend me a laptop that's Windows based around that?

No brand biased, any brand would do. Just want it light and around 13"-15" screen.

Check out Asus zenbook UX305FA. Slim, lightweight (1.2kg), 13.3" Full HD.

**malaysia mycybersale**

price increase; not consider sale even... haven confirm yet but; still rumors i heard... please do share the news ya.. price is gooding or not laugh.gif

I believe this year cybersale is much better than previous one. Quite gooding la. Back on Wednesday night, Rakuten give 20% cashback for each item. If buy laptop for Rm2500, can get another Rm500 to spend.

~Me can only buy some cheapo accessories. Still quite a bargain since i bought at half price for each item.

Looking to get something with ssd. About 14 inch. Light weight n doesn't break the back Acc. Hopefully below 2.5k possible? Normal use.
Suggestions r welcome. Tqtq

Usage?
1) Asus zenbook UX305FA, 13.3" full HD, Intel m-5y10, 128gb ssd, slim, lightweight
2)Lenovo u41-70, 14" FullHD, Intel i5-5200u, 256gb ssd

Both priced slightly above 2.5k due to weak ringgit.

Yeah..... Looking at these 2, n Acer V series with ssd too.
Yet to look at the real thing.
Normal use. Nothing serious.
128gb ssd on Asus seems a little lack of capacity though.
Or maybe I should wait another few months so that there will be more ssd notebook to choose from. Hmm

Actually you can buy any laptop and put ssd into it. Then buy external hard disk case so you can use the pre-installed hdd as external one.
