Should i abandon my 3y old toshiba satellite i5 laptop and buy lenovo 100 series with Intel Celeron N2840 2.16Ghz.

This is for basic office use & watch movies.

Depend your budget. I recommend Liteon s900 256gb, last time I bought at around RM 385. Swap in and replace the ODD with the HDD.

1. Preferred brand: Honestly i dont know anything about laptop brands i guess ASUS/LENOVO?
2. RM2000 - RM2200 (I'll increase the budget if the laptop is worth it)

As for the processor, how does the U ones fare against the H ones for gaming? I will probably just play some games for 2 to 3 hours a day. I would like to avoid heating issues and battery life issues if possible but if these impede my gaming performance (lower than 30 fps), I am willing to compromise them.

The laptop is not meant to replace a desktop for gaming but just something that allows me to play some games when I am not at home. So... in a way, I am not willing to spend that much for a little bit of increase in performance because I would rather just upgrade my desktop.

Sorry about the long paragraphs but I would like to describe my needs accurately.

Hi everyone, can you help me recommend me a laptop based on the requirements below
1. Preferred Brand; Dell (If there are any better ones, it would be great)
2. Budget: RM5k (If lower than this would be good)
3. Usage: Aiming mostly on business laptops that can view Illustrator files and Microsoft Office. Also would prefer full HD and the screen has to be color calibrated.
