 Unbilled amount, breakdown checking

Hi Maxis, my postpaid using period is 28 July - 27 August. Just now i had viewed my account through maxis apps, it show a unbilled amount of RM32.24 for this month period, but there is only 9 days(28,29,30,31 of july and 1,2,3,4,5 August) i had used for this month, then the unbilled amount already reached to RM32.24, i don't understand why the unbilled amount reached to that level so fast for this month, previously never happen before, can i check the breakdown of my unbilled amount for this month?

i would like to check my unbilled amount. it's a bit unusual.
when i called the customer sevice, i was told that no details can be given until the monthly bill is generated.
how can i check the detail for unbilled amount before the actual bill? tks.

Please be informed that the detailed usage of unbilled amount is not available until the bill is generated.
We suggest you to subscribe to Itemised Billing (IB) if haven't do so. TQ
