Hi,

I'm thinking of buying my first property. Salary 3k.

Let's say I wanna buy a property for 308k. What is the total costs include besides the 10% down payment? (such as stamp duty, legal fee etc). TQ as I'm not familiar with it. I have about cash in hand 40k, so hoping that it can cover everything.

Valuation fees, Renovation Cost depends on Minor or Major.

No enough bro. You need RM60k atleast to be safe and maybe consider withdrawing EPF.

Hi bro,

house is fully furnished and ready tenant. So won't incur renovation. Withdrawing EPF is not an option for me. TQ.

Hi, I think at least 45k.
10% of down payment is around 30.800
if you have loan approved, expected to pay legal fees around 10k-12k with valuation fees and misc fees.

Hi, my friend just bought an apartment cost RM360k, and she paid 36k downpayment, 25k for all other fees.

P/s : their legal fee is more expensive because there are two person applying for loan.

May be that could give u a rough idea of the price.

Hi all, seems like the amount varies between different people.

The most I can fork out is only 45k. Thx for all the replies.
