On 10AM above all look normal, the data symbol is still on 4G/H

suddenly after I topup my prepaid using M2U and tried to buy data but I cannot access Hotlink RED
because no network

I reboot my phone and nano sim card few times, also no sign of changing

Call Maxis centre they told me my network is normal

Now I only can received call or SMS

This is so annoying

Is is because Maxis MU2 promotion topup prepaid system clashing with my network?

I need advice.

We are aware on the issue with Hotlink Red App and no issue with other app for you to use.
You cannot use other apps as well after top up? If yes, please remove & reinsert SIM card and check if issue still persists.
