hi, yes i do post in mml and hardwarezone. smile.gif

just try and experiment to see what settings are best. i usually put EV -0.3 for day shots, and 0.0 for nights.

also, here's how to take the covers apart for cleaning, bcos dust gets onto the lcd screen.

1. Unscrew the 4 screws.

2. run your fingernail or a blunt object along the side between the front cover and the body of the phone, starting from the bottom upwards to the screen. the front cover is clipped in at the top of the phone, so gently but firmly pry it open.

3. voila! its out! proceed to clean off dust.

camera wise, the n73 definitely loses out to the imobile. Other functions the n73 is better as it is a smart phone. The sms on the imobile is ok, cannot add words. The SmartABC system is similar to SE t9, can use joystick to select words. The sms speed is something like the old SE t610/t630. The speaker is loud and clear, probably the one of best i've heard. The phone also supports java, but due to the slow speed, it will not be able to support big and graphics intensive java apps. Java apps that runs on samsung phones should work. The imobile is something like a k750i/w800i with a qvga screen and an excellent camera.

wah..so nice. the mp3 quality is comparable to SE izzit? and i noticed that the 902 set c/w in ear type earphone..
*
the mp3 only has a few preset equalizers, and only 1 playlist. the radio reception is pretty good though.

can it accept m3u playlist ar ?
*

don't think it accepts. There is a way around it. The playlist file is a .txt file, so can use the phone file explorer to rename any a stored list of songs to the playlist filename and the phone will play the songs listed inside.

oh, and the phone's alarm will work even when the phone is switched off, just like SE's phones. biggrin.gif

What's the difference between multifocus and centre focus in this phone?
*
center focus is it will focus in the centre of the screen. multi-focus, the phone will choose a part of the scene in the screen to set as the focus point.

I want to buy the I-mobile 902, but I have a lot of doubts. I wish you all could HELP me!

1) Is the louderspeaker (it´s not the earphone) stereo?
mono loudspeaker.

2) What are the average bit rates of the video (VGA - 640x480) in the following configurations: low, average and high?
vga is quite pixelated.

3) How many minutes of video (options: VGA, quality: high) can I record on a 1Gb microsd card?
a 10 secs clip takes up about 4mb?

4) Is the audio captured on videos stereo?
mono.

5) Can the flash be configured as "strobe" (in order to avoid red eyes?
no.

6) In order to use the FM radio, do I need to plug-in the headset?
yes, need to plug in headset.

7) Is the "T9 input text" available in other language other English? Especificaly Portuguese Brazillian?
no. only english or thai. i think english and chinese for malaysia sets.

8) Are there different themes to choose from?
3 built in color themes. can change wallpaper.

9) While recording a video, is there an option to PAUSE a video, and so resuming it from a different angle? Or can I only STOP it at all?
yes, can pause and resume, so it stays as one file. can stop also.

10) If I have a lot of videos, and I´m watching them, the transitions between the videos are smooth, or is there a delay between them?
you have to open the video files one by one.

11) Finally, how fast does the bluetooth transmit? Is it 1.2 or 2.0?
bluetooth is very slow. its supports A2DP and AVRCP though. tried and tested.

Thanks very very much to those which will answer my questions!!

This phone still stuns me....
but i worry that is there any spare batteries to buy?
Any pic for the battery?
*
the battery is 1100mah. can take about 130 shots. if using the phone function most of the time, can last very long as the capacity of the batt is big.

This "monster" is really tempting.Does it support Java Midp 2.0 ? and is there any adapter available to connect a 3.5mm earphone ?
*
it supports midp 2.0. There is a headset with a 3.5mm jack included that allows you to plug in your own earphones.
