Free Data Gone Before Expiry Date

On 30th July 2015 2100 hrs, when I check my Hotlink app, I have 2.98GB data, expiring on 19th August. At that moment hotlink app prompted me to update the apps. After updating the apps, the data column now show only basic social chat.
I have called hotlink twice and your operator said the same thing: The system shows that the earlier mentioned 2.98GB quota, was still in my accoount, however it does not appear on the app and my internet speed feels like Basic 64K speed.
I have made this complain on ASK HOTLINK app on facebook but receive no reply.
Admin pls PM me for my personal information. Thanks.

I think the update of the apps remove the appearance of showing the 3GB quota of free basic/social internet, but you will still enjoy the 3GB basic internet every month

Hi pokemon, In this sense, it means, that I get 3GB of data with a speed of 64K speed?
