I'm using hotlink free basic internet plan, and it is still active until tomorrow.

This evening I've received an SMS saying I've used up 100% of my free internet social chat quota (I did not subscribe to any mobile internet package). And after that the connection still showing 4G, but I can't connect to the internet. The free internet is suppose to be unlimited, right? Why is my phone not connected to the internet then?

During my complaint to Hotlink call centre days ago, they have SECRETLY change the unlimited basic data to a 500MB quota since 27th of July.

Well, previously under T&C i remember there was no upper limit for the basic internet, nor the promoter informed me about this issue until recently when I make a call to them, they notify me (no SMS, call, e-mail notification)

That's the reason i say secretly and under T&C, there is always a line stating "Telco always has the right to amend the T&C bla bla"

Sad to say, not anymore!

Remember correctly, it used to be 3 Gig quota for the Free Social Chat.

Sad now they changed it to 500MB.

Whatsapp groups spamming pictures and videos. Might need to change the media download settings in whatsapp with the limited 500MB quota.

but my digi prepaid line is over 1GB for wechat.

My hotlink internet had been auto renewal (Rm20 per month) yesterday. Suppose have 500MB + 500MB, but it only show 350MB per month. Why? My internet speed is very slow also. Please check for me, thanks. (896001100979614146 8(8))
