Terrible uob service. Didnt get my cc after a month they approved me. Until i ask them to do replacement and send it to the branch.
Branch also called me once only which i didnt manage to pick up the call. Thats it their serivce. Feel like dont want to activate their cc since their service so terrible. |

How to know that CC has been cancelled. I called to card centre to cancel my UOB cards, they said need 5days working day to process and yet they will call me to confirm.
