hi newbie here... today just got my UOB ONE CARD.. i apply for class but now the card is platinum.. is there any AF charges?
meantime the agent also ask me to apply preferred_platinum if wish to get the free luggage bag.. now only ONE CARD arrived.. anyone facing this issue?

called back the agent.. he told me first 2 years is AF free.. while the 3rd years will charge.. but still can call to waive.. got such thing?

the luggage need to active both card only can get right? once active both card will get after 1 month, this is agent told me de..

just call UOB.. need to activate oversea usage.. if not we unable to swipe the credit card.. then i ask why.. they told me security purpose.. in the end.. they activate my oversea usage for period of time only.. Eg.. 1 sept until 10 sept 2015 to which country.. after 10 sept you not able to use/swipe from that country..

lucky call first.. if not then gg lo.. XD

regarding on the FOC luggage who should i call? CS or the agent?

may i know how to check statement date? i think i almost use for a month since i activated..
