Hi guys, i heard that UOB One card's petrol rebate is for the first 90k people who use it that particular month. Is this true? Any cons of this card? Thanks

plan to apply for One card for my petrol rebate, a few question for all the sifu
1) Does the One card give rebate on online transaction
2) Is the annual fees waive?
