I have just called to cancel my One Card due to not using at all, no point to keep on the table

Card cannot use effected immediately, retention team will be call on next few days for confirmation.

Not interested to keep, some more the card on my internal banking account has fully removed.

Actually bank has just remove and inactive the card or fully cancel the card of record ??

According to your case, Nov rebate credit on Dec statement, and Jan statement will be getting your Dec rebate too for RM50

But you have to make sure that he/she no tick for another card without your permission.

Maybe You can cross the link for all option of cards to ensure they have no chance to tick other cards for you as there have many cases, people received 2 cards out of 1 card
