No need pin, I just registered one. Very easy process. Can do it online within few minutes.
Unlike last year, I cancelled my UOB One also because I cannot register online account.

I'm quite sure you selected wrongly because I made the same mistake too when the CS guided me through phone and no pin is required. I will share later, now on mobile. Reach office and settle down later, I will post.

You can also submit via branch or fax. So far I know u can't email the form.

Goto UOB main website, on the right, there is a panel for u to download application forms. Search for SMS alert notification form. Download and print it out. Read it. Can either fax or or goto the nearest UOB branch.

I faxed it 1 week + ago, they seems haven't process mine yet. Darn slow.

*sorry typing mistake

Good for you guys, I asked few CS and all of them told me walk in to UOB. Anyway, I might do it since fax is acceptable. Still I check my transactions quite often.

wan7075 Here you go on the steps to register an online UOB account:
1) Go to https://www.uob.com.my/uob/index.jsp and click on user posted image
2) Then a pop up window will appear, click on the continue button user posted image. Do not click on the " If you have other UOB products (ie. Savings Account, Loan, Fixed Deposit), please continue your login here after obtained a TPIN." I made this mistake earlier by clicking it. laugh.gif
3) Another pop up window will appear, click on the TnC agreement.
4) Proceed to next step and fill in the necessary in this page and you are good to go from here.

The temporary PIN is like a TAC sent to the registered headphone number tied to your CC.

success and many thanks... notworthy.gif
really appreciate your hardwork to snapshot the photo.

i think they should replace "1st time login link" in www1.uob.com.my. it is totally misleading.

i proposed TS to add this usefull info at Page 1..

I'm totally agreed on the misleading portion. I also clicked wrongly when I visited the page yesterday.

I plan to apply for VOX card. Now I am holding preferred platinum. What is the best way to apply? Any freebie or offer ongoing now? Can I just call the CS to send me a card? Or I still need to submit all documents again?
My spending on UOB preferred platinum is a lot. Never late payment

You still need to submit related document even though you are existing card holder.

Too bad that unable to call CS and send the card, you need to process like normal application.

Get mine VOX last month...
