My senario opposite than yours.
I also have Vox & One card. Since it's my first time having 2 cards, I call CS if I need to pay seperately or together, they say pay together to one card will do, system will split.
But somehow the system didn't split it.  I ended up with Late payment and finanace charge. I've request CS to waive it already.

I'm talking to UOB CS now. I feel like giving her a tight slap. I asked her about the cash rebate posting date.

She told me I'm not eligible for any cash back because I didn't spend RM 1k. I said hello, RM 1k is the capped for 5% for RM 50 not that I need to spend RM 1k ok?

I said I'm very clear that I will need to spend each transaction RM 50 to be qualified. I asked her to check with her superior first before misinforming her customers. She puts me on hold now...

I'm back, she told me my rebate is just RM 0.87 and is below RM 5 and that's why I can't see the cash rebate. I can only see it when it reaches RM 5.00. Also, she calculated the cash rebate based on my statement, I said cash rebate is supposedly calculated based on calendar month.

I argued that I don't have any visibility to see if the cash rebate is calculated correctly or not. I don't bother if I get RM 0.10, RM 1.00 or RM 10.00, the point is I need to have a view on it.

Guys, if what she said is true, looks like the TM Online is not part of cash rebate.

All my other transactions also she pandai2 calculate and told me all under retail. I said excuse me, some are obvious online transactions.

Anyway, I requested her superior to call me and speak to me regarding this.

did CS tell you when you will get your cash back? Can be view online?

i just call CS ask for my Aug cash back, the CS told me the cash back need to calculate manually and post it.   It might be delay and probably will only shows on Oct statement. 
I think cash back for TM probably gone if that is the case. 

Guys, I have got my cash rebate! Please check yours too. Transaction and posting date is today.

It's called as campaign cash credit. I'll call to clarify further.

i think the base rebate is 0.3% cashback, applies to all retail transactions, posted on statement date.

then 30th onwards, system will consolidate all Online transactions and perform another cashback calculation; hence takes a few days to complete.

i wonder if UOB itself even know they are giving double cashback at all   

The 0.3% will be only shown in statement, my statement is next week, so I will know next week.

That day when I called the CS, she did mention my cash rebate using 0.3% calculation, she said she can see this in her record.

That means flight tickets will have cash rebate too which CIMB CR has excluded it.
Though I know AirAsiaGo is flight + hotel.
My last statement date was 13th Sept, I still haven't seen my Oct statement. Probably another 1-2 days later.
5% online transaction = 2 calendar months later.

for vox card the spending has to be above RM 50 in each txn in order to earn 5% cash back?

the monthly fee is waive as long as long there is 1 txn of any amount per month?

0.3% rebate for other retail txn, is this rate good? any other card offering higher cash back for their 'other' category?
one card is only 0.2% and i believe points are generally lower than 0.3% cb right?

I got my third statement today and I didnt see my 0.3% cashback. I was thinking that a transaction would fall on 1 category only, either 5% or 0.3%, cant get both.   

How long can receive the card after approved?

Actually they told me 7-14 working days..It's too long lah..
