Not sure whether UOB VOX cashback follow any MCC code for online merchant. If I not mistaken, Groupon have EC tag under the description and so do Lazada. Even though 11street is online website, but do 11street have something that indicate it is Online merchant? 

Actually customer service will say "Yes, 11street is under online category."

But their system didn't detect it.

Seems like we got to come out with our own list again... 

From my credit card statement (Aeon and MBB), I'm seeing something like below:

Groupon - GROUPON - EC
Lazada - LAZADA MY (ECART S
11Street - 11STREET KL SENTRAL KUMY
Aliexpress - WWW.ALIEXPRESS.COM LONDON
Superbuy - SUPERBUY.MY - EC

Not sure how UOB define "online transaction" now after all the complain about wrong % CB given for online transaction.

means if those paid not under the ec channel is not considered as online transaction...

So, I have received UOB call today and the staff say the online transaction cash back might take as long as 2 months time to credit into account. So he ask me to wait until next statement and if not getting it just call them again. He stated clearly to me that any online shopping is considered as online purchase. Bill and physical swipe, etc do not considered as online purchase.

I am curious so I asked him again if this month statement didn't get back the online cash back, how come I still get certain amount like RM 1.75 in the statement without any explanation. He said that is for retail purchase. I said I didn't do any retail purchase on the past and he reply online shopping also considered as retail purchase.   

If, online shopping = online purchase + retail purchase, then we might get a total of 5.3% of cash back. 

Anyhow, have to wait until next month statement only know. Hope is real.

i think the base rebate is 0.3% cashback, applies to all retail transactions, posted on statement date.

then 30th onwards, system will consolidate all Online transactions and perform another cashback calculation; hence takes a few days to complete.

i wonder if UOB itself even know they are giving double cashback at all   

Better in some aspects.

Pros:
i) No cross border. Nobody has reported so far for this. I think UOB doesn't have.
ii) Pure RM 50 cash back for online transactions
iii) Cash rebate for TM. (Yeay!)
iv) Cash rebate for flight tickets.
v) 5.3% cash rebate it seems.

Cons:
i) Only online transactions above RM 50 are entitled for cash rebate
ii) Slow posting of cash rebate
iii) AF based on monthly basis, need to have at least one swipe or pay for RM 6 per month

Yes about two months. You swipe today, your cash rebate will be consolidated on next month's 30th and posted few days after that.

i wonder all the above RM50 online purchase on 11street, Lazada, Gemfive and etc are not entitled to have 5% but only 0.3% for VOX card.....why?

which card is better PRVIMiles or One Card?

Today check my ccris report, the card limit still showing a combination of PRIV and vox card...  Should i revert this problem to bank Negara or uob bank? 

Recently got rejected by ocbc cc and I think the high credit limit is the culprit...

They update the database very slow.
I experience UOB and SC bank 2-3 months delay.

Can call bank cs to update ccris database?
