Yeah unable to retrieve bill details at the moment. I just realized that there are 2 websites here: tm.com.my and mytm.tm.com.my, although both have the same interface.

Got it, I just registered if in case my VOX is approved.

I just emailed my agent and 10 minutes after that she called me back, saying she just checked from the system it is still showing in process.

She has informed her manager to follow up with the processing team but cannot promise me the exact date that I will get the latest status.

That aside, her follow-up is excellent.

Hi were we to win a prize from UOB ( ie: phone etc) being a nice commited CC user would they need us to take it from their branch or it will be courier-ed to your address?

Today check with cs my cc ald approved and mail to me last Saturday. Shall received it within this two weeks.. =)

I hope so, I guess got it coz I usually resolve all my CC spendings fully for the month. I use it mostly for petrol lol. Too bad now gotta fill up weekends for the 5 % rebate instead of 2 %. Better than other cards anyways.

Pay all spending and left no outstanding balance every month not consider good customer for bank..with outstanding balance bank charge for interest and SOMETIMES clear all outstanding balance consider good customer because the bank earn interest from you..if every month bank earn nothing from you and still want to pay cash rebate and points to you..its consider money-losing business

She called me again just now and said, in her system and her manager's system still shows "in process". Keeps telling me it is not rejected yet.
Though in my heart, I have this strong feeling that it is already rejected.
