QUOTE(fruitie @ Oct 15 2015, 06:29 PM) recently I just booked ticket to travel to sarawak.. if use CC processing fee rm 16+ use online banking around rm 4.. A rm 350 ticket 5% is rm 17.5 but the processing fee already taken away rm 16 =.= end up using online banking. Better reserve the VOX quota for unifi and tnb bill. |

QUOTE(pedoman @ Nov 30 2015, 11:04 PM) I have a few questions for UOBpayonline: 1) streamyx is under telekom.1) How to register streamyx to uobpayonline? Should I take Telekom Malaysia or TMnet? 2) Must I include dash for the account number or not? 3) How long it would take for the transaction to get through? I cant see any bill samples for both Unifi adn Streamyx, and UOB CS seems to be clueless about this... 2) yes everything needed. my bill number example : D21969-253-0108 3) after few hours u will receive an email stating ur transaction is approved or not. Most of the time approve, I experience one time they not approve but I dont know why. Login >> add service provider >> fill in correct account number >> select it and state the amount u want to pay >> select date to pay >> key in your card details >> submit >> wait for email approval. Got called by Prudential that has some collaboration with UOB. That girl keep mention about "credit shield" something like that and says no monthly premium to pay and it is already cover in ur balance. Benefit is if you are injure and unable to pay the bill Prudential will pay for you.
Anyone got this call? Sounds exactly like insurance to me. But she keep mention is without charges.. say will send a contract to my house and if not satisfy can cancel it. So is it really no charges? because she keep mention alot of UOB users after listen to the policies will agree to it.. which i duno is BS-ing me or not Hate to receive call from insurance company. They always using same tactic.. talk extremely fast until u cant comprehend sometimes, always start from somewhere else and finally only bring the topic to sell u insurance, and always assune you are rich and have no insurance at all.. smh |

QUOTE(one punch man @ Dec 1 2015, 05:00 PM) telesell for Hong Leong, citibank and some other cards also always call me offer the credit shield thing. RM 100 charge RM 0.65. Hate those telesell alot. I already have to pay my own insurance and now this again. Emailed them to cancel it and ask them dont bother to send the agreement because sure will end up in dustbin . No offence to those selling insurance and happen to be in this post..obviously there is fee and not free. but dont remember how much |

QUOTE(horror2015 @ Dec 1 2015, 06:15 PM) Not free. Credit shield is to cover their company in case u suffer stroke or whatever shit and can't pay your outstanding balance coz u end up slping in hospital. So the credit shield will help u pay any outstanding balance. In effect it's actually credit card insurance. yup..ok done with this issue.. lets get back to UOB CC discussion.. They charge RM0.65 per every RM100 outstanding in your monthly balance as premium. |
