I am a little confused because I fulfilled their age, income requirement and provided all requested documents, still they reject me without telling me the reason. Called several times to CS all give me the same answer..
Say that management will not state the reasons.. I have the right to know right? Where I did wrong?

I just received a call that says the exact same thing..management will not reveal the reasons.
Should I really email BNM? I doubt UOB or BNM will give a minute of their time about this.

I just received my UOB VI in the mail and I can't seem to register for a pin to activate my card. None of the instructions work and I also didn't get any calls regarding the free carry-on luggage from the sign up booth. They are too generous with their credit limit too.
