Guys, in order to get 5% rebate by reloading tng at bhp, do we need to make sure that the station Is using uob cc terminal? or any station will do as long as it can reload tng with cc?

Did some testing this month regarding the petrol rebate, this time I spent RM342.93 and my rebate is only RM13.18. UOB only gave me rebate for spending up to RM300 only 

Hi, I am kinda new here..
After reading your threads, I decided to apply for VOX credit card last month.
After waiting for 3 weeks, I called CS and was told that it was rejected. 
I have no finance history and this was my first card.
Any idea why it was rejected? Please?

But I fulfilled all their requirements..sigh~
Any recommendation for first card application?

I wanted a CC for online purchases that's why I applied for VOX which is apparently best for online shopping.
Guess I have to try other banks..Really wanted the VOX card though..

I'm writing to file a complain on HSBC bank that decline my application without any reasons given despite I've fulfilled their minimum requirement.

Since they refused to disclose the reason, therefore I want to escalate this to Bank Negara Malaysia to instruct HSBC to disclose the reason why my application being declined despite I'm debt free, annual income is over their published minimum income requirement for that particular credit card.

I believe that as a consumer I have the right to know the reason why being declined and this seriously affecting my good credit reputation.

Just read through about UOB one card & VOX card.
There is no minimum transaction/swipe per month to entitle this benefit right?

You have to attach some documents right? I once thought of just sending them an email but I reckon walking in to BNM will be easier for me.
That said, I haven't done it until today. Maybe after my RHB is confirmed cancelled then I will check it out.
