I think only VOX has this problem. ONE still good.

I choose HLB Essential for 1% on any other categories that my current cards did not cover.

Does essential cover bill payments? Tmnet, Tnb, maxis etc

Second statement ald... The first statement I got pay one tm bill, second statement I got make tm payment and groupon...  Waiting My Third statement which have groupon and Starbuck reload through online molpay.... So far No cash back from any transaction...

guess what guys, my August spending on 11street got cash rebated but only rm 1.75. I spend almost rm 500 on that month solely for 11street. So I think it is as what fruite and the rest said, 0.3% retail.

But come on, 11street is 100% online ok. I think even 11street is listed as 1 of the online shop that VOX provide 5% CR. In my statement they don't even mention the RM 1.75 comes from where. But I can see is that the 1.75 is 0.3% of the total amount I spend. 

My July purchase from Xiaomi online and that is considered as online (as can be seen in the statement) I already email the customer service not sure they will reply or not 

If after 14 days no go report to them they will just take you as agreed with the statement.  The worse is, I already spend another 1.5k in 11street to purchase electronics and if that get 0.3% also. I really gonna cancel VOX soon.  CIMB online purchase 5% sounds more interesting than this. Kinda feel that all my 11street purchase will be 0.3%  And I will lost total of rm 70 + for the rebate 

Meanwhile, I am here waiting fruitie to pressure their customer service. 

Wow, looking at how badly they are handling these cash rebates, maybe I should hold back on spending on my VOX for the time being. Gonna apply for CIMB cash back soon.

You should refrain from applying now. Very bad. I still have CIMB CR though but I just spent RM 500+ on Adidas online store via VOX last week.

CIMB CR is better... I got all my rebate with Cimb.... But I use vox for groupon because they dun have cross border fee.. I hope it won't end up totally no rebate... Then I would argue with them...

Not sure whether UOB VOX cashback follow any MCC code for online merchant. If I not mistaken, Groupon have EC tag under the description and so do Lazada. Even though 11street is online website, but do 11street have something that indicate it is Online merchant?

Actually customer service will say "Yes, 11street is under online category."

But their system didn't detect it.

Seems like we got to come out with our own list again... 

VOX is really Everything is so easy for them, just put all under retail 0.3% then can close case.

Knowing that our Aug CR messed up, while we still have Sept purchases... moment of silence to us

In the mean time, I will pay my tnb bills with 0.10 sen to get away from rm6 charge till all things sort out.. If really cant get the cashback, potong saja..
