Hi there,

1. My car broke down due to a faulty part. It was a sort of a tube which leaked oil causing the whole system to jam up and now require an engine replacement. As advised by the service team, this particular part was supposedly recalled and should be replaced; however it was not taken care of when I sent my car over for servicing.
2. Currently in Wanija Service Center in Senawang, Seremban. The person I liaised with was Ms. Shahirah.
3. Can't remember the mileage exactly (heck, I haven't seen my car in four months) but it was a 2012 first batch.

Any kind of help is very much appreciated. I've resorted to posting on their FB page but not sure to what effect. Thanks in advance.
