Done the normal balancing and alignment.

But still got minor vibration on steering wheel. When i let go my hand, still going left

They said my steering rack problematic.

Beside changing the steering rack, should i try changing the rack bush, under tie rod, and the tour road end

Got rattle sound when i turn right at low speed too
*
steering rack mounting - can consider polyurethane material over stock rubber type
stabilizer bar mounting for the rattle sound. Also, check brake pad to caliper clips, if missing could cause rattling also.

For front and rear, check absorber top mounting, lower arm bush replace if needed.
Check tyre threads, any uneven wear.

my case on Exora CFE, when remote battery weak, after off car, door won't auto unlock.
door will unlock after few seconds
when open door, cabin alarm will beep (like when headlamp is on)

eventually the remote battery die, after change battery also cannot disarm/unlock car
manually open car door, start engine, then off engine
close door, and press lock/unlock baru it sync back

Hi... Anyone know how much to fix and where to fix the audio control buttons on the steering wheel? The buttons are not working...
*
on the HU, back there got 1 socket is from the steering buttons
use multimeter to check the pins, and press the buttons, make sure is the button not working and not the HU faulty

for this engine noise and stupid decel engine noise, we asked Punch before, they say Proton purposely program the CVT that way, and they cannot help it

sometimes I just partial throttle and brake at the same time (God foot mode)

asked one soundproof shop, need lots of work to cut that noise, and even after that the result will only be so-so...

Hi, I'm having the same issue currently. Just to be sure, "when the lid is pressed down" do u mean the key fob button?

So have to open up the key fob and service it basically? tq

See the mounting, got TRIM chop or not? I feel the TRIM one last longer than previous types. All changed at P1SC for my EB CFE.

If masuk reverse when engine is cold, and the whole car jerking or shuddering as it begins to move, I would then do a 'cold' clutch adaptation next time. I just did one yesterday, just changed CVT fluid few weeks ago, and I feel doing clutch adaptation at different engine temperature helps.

I think i change once before few years back, normally is it that fast got problem? Possible driveshaft or absorber or suspension problem ka?
*
I've changed original steering rack bush (2 small 1 big) 3 sets in a year
fed up
now I use red silicone type, soft PU (not the hard hard) type and it is holding up so far so good

but, now steering rack leaking after 140k km
not sure if is caused by using 17 inch rim with 215 section tyre, or the bush caused it

Mine i change silicone type blue color but maybe silicon softer then less durable? The red PU is from moungtingking right? Im think should change all bushing or not since car already 11 year old.
*
it's worth checking
not mounting king, some unknown brand, red color, quite soft

in terms of durability, as long as it able to hold the shape should be ok, I just went highway during year end, the car felt ok
the original type is not solid rubber bushing, as you can see it has 4 round knobs and those breakdown faster. once breakdown, the steering rack cannot center, so the car always lari left, or right, and when you go over uneven area will have kuk kuk noise, other mounting also can cause this noise, but it's more often caused by steering rack bush in my case

Hi, just changed the alternator but the voltage during running only 13.1v. but sometimes voltage can drop to 11.8v & back to 13v after 5-10min. Is this normal?
*
where or how is the voltage measured?
how old the battery?
what alternator is it? new or recon?
measure the battery voltage after leaving the car off for overnight, should be above 12.6V

maybe it's not the OCH hose that is broken, is the oil cooler that clogged up inside causing the hose to burst
changing the hose will not solve the issue
need to change the oil cooler
