I get what you mean. I experienced the same too and after trying to reset it, so far so good.I saw the discussion at FB. Apparently, locking and arming are 2 seperate operations.
You may try to reset it by either you leave a door ajar and lock it to trigger the alarm
or manually lock it with the center lock button, with system on and all door closed.
Then open it with the door handle and lock it with remote afterward.
Some did feedback that changing the driver's side inner lock solved this issue.
