Don't use this type 2 in 1 dvr. Not really powerful specs from.most I search previously. Try search G50, mini 0801, and common famous dvr is G1WH

Mine unit is from free gift previously. Novatek 96620. Lousy one. But ok for daylight. So I will recommend people go for real better unit. Last time didn't do research and it's free. So it's ok. If this broken, I will get one real good one.

recently just changed tyres from GT Radial to Michelin Primacy 3 ST.. huge difference between these 2.. very quiet now for my preve turbo 2014..

Also, i knew the root cause for the wind noise from rear left C pillar there.. it's C pillar small window there.. i put 2 play-doh type of sticky gam over there, problem solved.. no more wind noise.. paired with my new michelin tyres, the car is alive once again..

C pillar small window there.. try apply the kids play sticky things on top 2 corners.. problem will solved.. i plan to use UHU gam or normal tape and stick over there.. go SC during next service.. if not just waste my time..

sunday and today i just do experiment.. and i asked my colleagues listen on it.. once i applied on it, really no more noise.. appled from outside.. its quite ugly.. but temporary solution only.. i find the root cause so i can demo to SC and let them fix it.. last time no noise from there.. just recently 2 months..

previosuly i do have slightly wind noise over there.. i told them and ask them fix it, they had changed the rubber seal.. but seems like more worse.. more noisier.. so i read the forum and they said use play doh to identified which location.. i found is top 2 corner of Small window at C pillar there after i applied the same method to stuck the 2 corner with stickey things.. later i go home and plan to use tape and try see.. if can temporary solve it then i will report it back tonight.. at least we know what is the root cause so when go to SC, we demo and tell them the root cause so they cant defend ady.. last time they blame my tyres too.. now i changed tyres ady..

yea.. i plan to try once for the michelin tyres.. so i spent rm396 each.. total 1584 including GST, alginment, balancing.. free tyre inflator as well.. it's really comfortable and quiet tyres.. really made difference between GT radial and michelin

changed already.. i read some review about RE003 and people said it quite low mileage. i choose Primacy 3 ST instead of PS3 (Pilot Sport 3) due to i want comfortable and quiet cabin.. so i tried the Primacy 3 ST.. so far i used 2 days only.. quite satisfy with it.. even my parents and colleagues also said a lot quieter now..

yesterday i peel 2 small pieces of black double side tape.. and put on the small window top 2 corners.. today tried cruise at 110km/h.. noise disappear.. great.. temporary solution until next available free time during weekday..


i'm normal user with long distance driving everyday.. i just need average grip and most importantly comfortable.. safety and quiet are my main concerns.

Photo shown as attached. Try by your own, if really solved then go sc ask them apply silicone sealant on that parts.

i had changed all 4 tyres on my preve.. i bought preve in year 2014.. just 2 years marks cause i just paid my insurance recently..

45k.. 2 tyres were worn out already while another 2 still do have tread but not flat surface already.. it will cause the "wong wong wong" noise on the road..

i done alignment and balancing, including rotation for every 15k km too.. but too bad, GT radial is uneven. Nvm, i will shorten the time to do tyres maintenance for these 4 Primacy 3ST, every 10k km.. Primacy 3ST really provide quiet and comfortable cabin with Preve.. but 100km/h is the best since our preve turbo do have loud engine/gearbox sounds if we drive above 100km/h.. 100km/h or below is the best right now.. really really super quiet.. satisfied with these 4 tyres although i paid nearly 1.6k for it.. RM396 each(including everything, GST, alignment, balancing, valve) + 1 free gift.. Tyres inflator.

i think cheapest tyres for our preve 205/55R16 is like hankook v12.. i guess add up not more than RM250 each

Mostly wind noise from window. Try use some ways to check the root cause and demo to sc.

Sc said tyres matter too. After 1 week of that, I changed all my tyres to Michelin primacy 3st which people called it as class leading quiet tyres. But the wind noise still there. Okay fine, cause I find sc twice ady. I debug by my own. Use sticky gam tape at corners and it's worked. Repeat the steps and identified both top corners are root cause. Recently I use uhu super glue and seal it. The intersection between rubber seal and window. Applied super glue over there mute the noises. Perfect match right now with my tyres. Drive 100km/h on highway is so comfortable

Seriously, I also can't understand why apply glue over there can cure the noise. I checked both side but looks similar on the rubber sealant. But after I glued it, it's really worked for me. So I just don't care. As long as quiet for me. Previously don't have this noise. Until last 2 months, I fetch my colleagues go to ipoh and they told me. Normally I drive by my own and listening to music. Not realise on that.

that one i glue it is C pillar small window.. not able to down the window one so it doesnt matter.. i can turn the normal windows down as usual d.. even sc also use sealant to apply on the rubber to the frame.. maybe design flaw of the frame or not 100% stick to the window frame.. 0.01% may cause the wind noise.. these wind noise that i mentioned will only notice significantly when we drive above 90km/h..

how it appear? which situation it will appear? if really minor and happen once a while, just live with it.. LOL.. to fix it, SC will drive your car and testing.. u may fetch them and drive 1 round.. show them.. if not able to prove then sorry..

The time I purchase is 5years as informed.. But i didn't receive any

better walk in to sc and ask for it.. we hardly to answer u about this.. go to biggest proton sc instead of dealer one..

even new one is cheap.. below rm250.. price should be around 200~250 for a new one.. you have to try luck and visit all the tyres shop at your nearby area instead of asking here..

anyone know about the remote car key pricing? i got the quotation from Proton is RM500 while outside is RM330.. anyone can get cheaper than 330??
