How Long Normally Can Get Port?
Depending on situation and case to case basis. If additional ports are planned, it will be faster.
If TM managed to find free ports, it will be faster too - again, depending on how many ppl waiting for ports as well.
Some waited for few days, some for few weeks, some for few months.

Got an email from TM that the installation will be on 16 (Wed), I am working in Singapore and TM's customer support line is not reachable. Whatsapp penew and he helped me to change the installation date to 19 (Sat).

On the 19, TM technicians came to setup the ethernet and phone lines (my house is Unifi-ready) and another 2 technicians came an hour later to install the phone and gateway. Overall installation took 3 hours.

I am very satisfied with penew's follow-ups and assistance. smile.gif

Prior to finding penew, after my numerous visit to tmpoint, I guess after period of 6 months, the one and only response I got from tmpoint is sorry, port full, have to wait, but then, no follow up was done by tmpoint personnel.

Really appreciate his help over securing the port for me, as well as continuous follow up (great after sales service), I am now able to enjoy my 30mbps unifi speed smile.gif

my whole neighbourhood should have unifi, but when i put my address to unifi coverage page, says no coverage

alam impian is covered. TM is having tech issues now, so they *block* affected address in system. so if u check wont show up.

My whole neighbourhood should have unifi, but when i put my address to unifi coverage page, says no coverage!
Call up TM Point say no port!!!!

I have been waiting for UNIFI to be made available for my house since.. 3 years ago.

Other house have, but they say my house is not in their system..

Jalan Tengah 8, Kampung Tengah.

But today the whole area disappear from UNIFI OCC. Must be the tech problem you are saying.

Planning to upgrade to 4MBPs or 8MBPs (as 1Mbps is VERY SLOW compared to when there is no UNIFI)

Can I upgrade to UNIFI after I upgrade to 4 or 8 MBPS?
