Ponderosa Woods covers a land area of 40 acres, located about 10km North East of Johor Bahru City Centre. As mentioned by corleone74 Berinda covers mainly taman molek itself and some parts of ponderosa, whereas Rawhide itself has focus itself on two projects which is the ponderosa woods as well as taman redang area.

i heard their cheapest variant would cost somewhere around 2.5 M too, probably because of its location, seems like relatively near to the highway which leads to the EDL.

The location n the layout is awesome. It comes with 2 master bedroom for the semi-D. But I heard that there will have an apartment to be built jz beside the guard house of this area. Is it true???
