Kuok Brother Sdn bhd entered a joint venture agreement with Lee Pineapple Co (Pte) Ltd , and Tai Tak Estate Sdn Bhd group of companies to undertake the development of 331 acres of freehold land into integrated commercial and residential area; Taman Redang and Ponderosa Woods.

Ponderosa Woods covers a land area of 40 acres, located about 10km North East of Johor Bahru City Centre.

Under the Berinda brand name?

yes should be affiliates but not under berinda brand but rawhide group brand. both under kuok bros group
berinda more on the molek pine condos side, molek grove, molek haven, etc.
its premium location semi - d in jb. consider good location.. but be careful that possibly the last row could be facing or near to HTC.
reasonably good environment.
the pricing definitely wont be cheap

Rawhide was previously with Berinda but they seperated out in order to diverse in their own projects. As mentioned by corleone74 Berinda covers mainly taman molek itself and some parts of ponderosa, whereas Rawhide itself has focus itself on two projects which is the ponderosa woods as well as taman redang area.

my guess is 2.5M RM for it. so it better be good.

i heard their cheapest variant would cost somewhere around 2.5 M too, probably because of its location, seems like relatively near to the highway which leads to the EDL.

location is in front of ponderosa golf course, which is off the tebrau / pandan highway which leads to kota tinggi. this highway joins to the EDL pandan interchange about 3-4 kms away. There is an awkward U-turn along the tebrau highway which kota tinggi bound vehicles from the city will need to navigate in order to access persiaran bumi hijau to get to ponderosa.

The location n the layout is awesome. It comes with 2 master bedroom for the semi-D. But I heard that there will have an apartment to be built jz beside the guard house of this area. Is it true???
