Folder paths are not supposed to change during an OS upgrade.

Maybe you can try reinstall the software. Just like I have issue with office 365 excel, opening file it says files corrupted. After reinstall, issue solved. Also for MYOB.

Why would anyone using core applications go upgrade to WINDOWS 10? You should just fire your MIS personnel.
