Usually the property agent will use their own internal template - I do not recommend download from online as a non-legally trained person will not know what to add or what is required - you need to consider indemnity and liability in case of defaults/occupier's liability etc.
Won't cost much to get a lawyer to help you draft a proper one if required. |
