The owner of the car (PEN15) is Prof Dato sri Ibrahim Saad. he lived in tmn tun. persiaran burhanuddin or sumting like that laa.. he also got other car with the penang plate and number 15. this fella is responsible for ruining and destroying our national football team and footbal association(FAM).. huhu.. and i saw a merc with BCY 10, but the owner put a selofin(spelling) tape at the C, so it become BOY 10. hehe
