anyone can do transfer tor tape to dvd?

The tape is Beta L-250 video cassette.
Is actually my mom's performance video when she waa young. Just want to do smthg for her to re watch again with family. She will be very happy! Hope you guys can help me out. Because this is a kinda very old cassette. Thank you very much! Based : KL or PJ. I can try even if is outstation. |

fungi can always be cleaned...image quality salvaged will obviously depend how bad it is.
