i have a question about your charge of GST.
your top up card distributor/re-seller charged me 6% of GST.

when i purchase 1day internet RM3, you charge me another 6% GST.

total i have to pay for 12% GST.

could you explain why?

He do not have choice.

He will be charge 6% gst when buy reload.. or else he cannot get any reload.

When he subcribe the internet, he no expect 6% gst and system charge it. He go tno choice.

Now, what he can do is complaint and wait result.
Or he have choice to terminate the line.

Please be informed that GST 6% is chargeable to your topup purchase.
Once you have topup, you will have the prepaid credit for any usage/purchase.
From there, any usage or purchase (especially mobile internet pass made via *100# or Red App) will not have GST 6% chargeable as you make purchase via your prepaid credit.
That prepaid credit has been charge for GST 6% as earlier stated.
You may also refer to your e-statement (login or signup at www.hotlink.com.my).

I use Hotlink too, and have subscribed to internet many times since 6% GST started being charged for reload. But I've never been charged GST for internet subscription before.

Could TS been charged for something else he used and thought it's GST for internet?

How do u calculate "6% + 6%" ?
