I have posted a (possibly) working solution that has fixed users with this issue at the main Windows 10 thread, I'll just drop by and place the solution here. Hope it works!

Press Windows key + X, select command prompt (admin)
type and enter these inputs into the console:
netsh winsock reset

Restart your PC. Your programs that require network connections should be working now  smile.gif

Works like a charm. Thanks.

guys .. after installing the Win 10 Pro, my Outlook is not able to send out emails but still able to receive them.

the error message is to check the connection, but there were no problems whatsoever before the update.

anyone have this problem?

TS, your personal issue or rig issue & nothing to do with Windows 10. Blamed yourself.

Never had such problems, suggest you re install Office, if you are using 365 it is very easy. All the settings emails etc will still be there.
