I'm using maxis fiber from 03 june 2015. I had to wait for your internet installation for 6 weeks.
so when I was waiting for your installation, (maybe when 4 weeks had passed since registration) I posted the on your loyat forum " I want to stop my process and want to get back my deposit rm500" and then I got a call from your customer center guy.
He told me the reason why my process had been late, And if I hadn't stopped my process, he could promised me that my bill would be replaced with my deposit through about 3 months.
He said that I didn't need to pay bill for about 3months because my deposit would be replaced with my bill.
But I got a bill with rm 100 for my first month (03/june ~ 24/ june). Did you break your word???
Can you check the record of customer service about my case and let me know how I have to do.
To my disappointment again about your service for customer.... And your fiber internet speed gets very slow frequently, now download speed is 3 mbps. You broke your word that you can exempt my deposit by replacing 3~4 months bills, and you also broke your saying that your internet speed is 10 mbps.
why don't you answer my question on the facebook?, bad service
