ROFL, stay away from him. But of cos you are welcome to try if you don't want to take it as advice. Remember, life is about experimenting~

True.

Hence I said its every parent's choice on how they want to raise their children.

Some throw them to the wolves and what doesnt kill them makes them stronger (if they get killed oh well), while some would liek to take a more active role in providing their children with support/protection.

To each their own..

When I was 6, my friend pushed me from top of slide. I broke my arm. The principal told my parents I fell by myself. Until now I still can remember what happened and I still don't understand why she lied. I suggest confront the parent and tell them what happened in front of the principal. Kids gonna be kids but why should the principal tries to hide this matter?

Since the school dont want to notify other parents. Then you have to do it lor.. infront of the principle.. wait at school and meet the parent.. in the right way.. just to inform them on what happen... ask the principle to be together... that all you can do

From my similar experienced as TS....
Do confront the principal/teachers & rage to them.
Why?
This happened in school compound as it's under teachers responsibility to take care our child safety.

If it's happened in neighborhood playground, yes...you can confront the parent..

As long as ur child do not sustain serious injuries or suffer permanent disability, sudah la...
Look on de bright side, ur child is ok and ur child is not de rude and rough one...

Move on...u have better things to do than seeking apologies...

Get the apology from the school la as this happened in their premises. They're accountable for your child safety.

If the school is serious to their customres they will try to solve it.. in this case is your dissatisfaction on how they handle the case.

If the school choose to keep quiet. Stop sending your child there la..

yes.. i feel unsatisfied with how they handling this case.
the principal should notify the parents then only all party aware of what happen
at least parents also know what happen to their children in school
then children will also know the consequences if they play too rough
but of course we cannot control their behaviour in school

stitches on forehead with scar forever is not consider as serious injuries?
i feel imbalance with it when principal answer me like that they refused to notify the parents
before this, i did received their verbal warning and memo about my boy injured another kid fell down even not seriously injured
but it is just a normal fell down.. and my boy has make the apologize to the kid.

i feel they should treat every incidents equally
insist on telling other parents also
esp this time is serious injured

principal doesn't act accordingly look biased
we are not intend to asking for any compensation from the parent's

in this incident, our views is parents should protect their child, this is not over-protective

we should try to communicate with the parents, we just want the parents aware of their child behaviour and activity in school

at least parents also know what happen to their children in school

then children will also know the consequences if they play too rough

but of course we cannot control their behaviour in school

i believe this is a well-intentioned, if u choose to just let it go, maybe another same accident will happen again to the other kid,
or maybe worst, repentance comes too late.

my point is just to avoided the worst of it.

sake of safety, I no regrets in it.

simple.

you want your kids to grow up to be a cry baby and everything also i got papa i got mama backing me u cant touch me type of wuss. Go ahead and request the apology letter.

you want your kids to learn how to face a problem by themselves and understand what it means to be independent. Do what hianz86 says

kakaka~ROFL~

i think u have misunderstanding the apology letter i mention about.

the letter is not from parent's to me but is me writing to the parent's and notify them.

inform the parent's about this injured case and hope they could arrange their kid/child meet my boy and make a apology.

because the principal is refuse to inform the kid parent's
