Hi guys,

Last Sunday i went to CF train 2 of my friends. Both are girls. They are beginner and wanted to loss weights and get fit. So they approach me to guide and train them. Since 3 of us are allpass members of CF, so we can train anywhere.

So what happen is during the training time, CF staff confronts me. Conversation as below.

CF 1st Staff : Hey, are you a member?
Me: Yes.
CF : Are you doing a group training in here?
Me: No. I'm training and coaching my friends here. Any problem?
CF: Nono.. Thank you.

So after around 10-15 mins, the branch manager come.

Manager: Hi, my name is XXX, Im the branch manager for this outlet. Are you member of CF? Can i see some ID?
Me: Show him my ID card.. Any problem ?
Manager: Do you know that you can't do group training here?
Me: I'm not doing any group training. I'm just train my friends who are here to learn. So i teach and guide them.
Manager: You can't do that to the members in here. Is against the policy. Even you argue with us, we will still win. So in future, please do not do this anymore.
Me: errr....okay..
Manager: Thank you.

He left after that. 2 of my friends said WTF.

Below is what I am:

1) I'm not recruiting others members
2) I'm not a trainer or looking for trouble challenge them
3) Just a normal person who workout and help friends when they need my help.

So my concern is can I do that in commercial gym? How do you feel if you're in my position?

You should instantly take off your shirt, walk towards the bench, lay down on the bench while your 2 girls slap in a 2 45's on each side and rep that 225 bench for 10.....

Then walk up to the manager with the chest pump and say... "do you even lift brah? .. ade angkat ah brah?"

Maybe the manager's jelly or butthurt since ur training with girls lol

Yes it's against their policy to conduct a training there cause their personal trainer need cari makan with commission.

Friend giving friend advise is different. There's nothing they can do about that.

Fit mum trains son, manager interrupted them and banned them from the branch...
