my friend parked in the low yat basement, his motorbike seat was broken (scooter suzuki) and all his stuff was stolen (helmet, raincoat, etc)
so i dont this it is safe to park there

for me, if want FREE the safest maybe in front of mcdonalds jalan bukit bintang, cause got a pondok polis there.
