QUOTE(crazybear @ Jul 6 2007, 11:54 AM) Any mod on yr bike to higher the cc or horse power are illegal at Malaysia(The Malaysia G suck), except the body kits. Unless u got approval from jpj. Mine got 125cc oledi from 110cc... They wont notice it untill they operate my engine b'coz it wrote 108cc at the blok... BTW... I use WD-40 to clean my chain only... After that I apply chain lube to the chain...[forgot what brand..worth rm15 a bottle of 500ml..] This post has been edited by nk3371: Jul 7 2007, 07:13 AM |

QUOTE(ek_lim @ Jul 23 2007, 02:15 PM) For performance lovers, it is very useful...It'll get lot of performance if you mod it.. If you mod the auto. clutch version you'll get headache to make the bike's performance to the top... It got the so called Auto Clutch... Auto ver., even if you've changed the springs you still got to mod the auto clutch... It's easier to mod manual clutch version 135LC... Just upgrade the clutch springs will make a big difference from the standard wan... It got no auto clutch... If you mod the auto clutch, your bike engine will stop if you engaged gear and you still not moving... You'll have trouble when you're stopping at traffic light... That's why it is pretty hard to mod the auto clutch to be perfect... So what I'm trying to say is the manual clutch edition is very useful for those who love performance on their bikes.. just my 2cent opinion... |

This bike can go 180km/h [125Z meter] with all standard engine and other parts... even the side mirror was on... Only change the pilot jet can make a difference... |

QUOTE(Akane Soma @ Jul 24 2007, 07:30 AM) Careful with your life bro. You'll only live once. I also had a 125ZR which i had own for 3 years. Fly like nobody's business. Had an accident speeding at 180km/h where i broke my wrist because i tahan the impact with my wrist in order to avoid hitting my head/face. This happen only last year. Just lucky to be alive i suppose coz to me it was a near death experience. You're very lucky right there...Gonna be careful bout this... Right now I cannot pay full attention for the project bike coz I'm start to studying again... The bike was left in my house so that the spiders have a 'home'... QUOTE(Xenon koh @ Jul 24 2007, 03:19 PM) kinda curious. wat is this pilot jet thing ah? change ad got wat effect 1? I dont know much about this thing's function but it was placed in the carb... If you change it to a very big size, when you're riding slow, you'll feel like your bike's carb setting was wrong... If the setting was right you'll feel that the engine respond faster than before... My suggestion is don't change it if you don't want to sacrifice the relaxing riding feeling... This is for racing purpose only... |

QUOTE(cheenjeat008 @ Jul 25 2007, 06:32 PM) pilot jet, is that one kind of the needle to control your input(fuel +air) the the engine block?? Its not a needle...am i right? It is just like the main jet... When you're opening a carb, it was placed next to the main jet... The small one... That is the pilot jet... I'll up a pic if I got a chance... |

QUOTE(hitz @ Jul 25 2007, 10:49 PM) Every bike have pilot jet oledi...It is not an additional part to increase performance... It is an OEM parts for every bike that use carburetor... This is how they look like... This is pilot jet for UMA Racing flat slide carb... And this is main jet for UMA Racing flat slide carb.... |

QUOTE(Cyprid Dark ii @ Jul 28 2007, 03:19 PM) 125Z=2 stroke,125cc bike with no PV,definately have best acceleration, but Not for my 125ZR.... will consume alot of fuel, with slightly less top end. Thats why 125Z only operating in much lower RPM(around 6k-9k RPM)& most of 2 stroker...... BTW, this is my project bike that I've been talking about... ![]() You'll never know it was modified unless you see the exhaust and hear the engine sounds... That exhaust is for temporary use only... Got another performance exhaust...[standard look] This bike can do a kilometer less than 20 sec... This post has been edited by nk3371: Jul 29 2007, 07:36 AM |

QUOTE(Cyprid Dark ii @ Jul 29 2007, 12:26 PM) BTW,most of modification is to remove the exhaust catalyzer, which make the exhaust much more lighter, plus more baffling strokers sound! Tried it before with AHM chamber exhaust system...But,if you got $$ to spend, why not try to put all-new full system exhaust, with newly size chamber, header,& end can. Maybe you will feel the power much more improve especially at midrange. Not so impressive... Top end This exhaust do better than AHM on this bike.... Spend a lot of $$ for this bike already... Got 3 block... 2 head... 3 kinds of carb...[RX-Z, RX-Z catalyzer and Kips150 flatslide] 3 kind of exhausts...[,AHM,BM Power and standard modified] And a lot of pistons... QUOTE(genome @ Sep 14 2007, 10:08 PM) im using lagenda z, spocket setting 14/35. the problem is my top speed only reach on 100km/h on flat ground. can reach 110-120km/h if only go downhill. if i ride with a fren the speed can only reach 90km/h. what is happening actually? anything i can do to increase performance? The best sprocket setting that I've ever used with standard engine is 15/35...one more...what is "cdi"? if i installed the cdi my engine can go much faster and more pick up? It can reach 130km/h sometimes... Now I'm using 14/28 with little mod to the engine... 1st thing that I do to my Lagenda was changing the clutch spring to a racing one... For best performance choose UMA Racing... After changing that spring, my bike can use 15/33 sprocket setting... Can speed up to 120km/h easily...Even with passenger... CDi is just like ECU for fuel Injection car/bike...It manage the voltage for the spark plugs... It was already installed in every bikes that use CDi system...All kapchai nowadays already equipped with CDi system... But for better performance you can use Racing CDi... Also try NGK G-Power spark plug for better engine respond...Rm9-10/piece... |

QUOTE(genome @ Sep 22 2007, 01:11 PM) hello guys, i wanna you about the absorber gas, i wanted to getone for my lagenda. im using stock absorber, sometime when i take corner feels like rear tyre is slipping on the road, dont know how to describe it. someone say "buang", hahaha..don know the right term to use.first i thought tyre is the problem but i already change the tyre convert to tubeless..prob still there. so i think its the absorber. what is the best absorber? the price? Have you tried Dunlop T900 tire yet...?Dunlop T900 is the best low cost tire I've ever used... If with Dunlop T900 also 'buang' then it is surely the suspension problem... I've tried Dunlop T900 60/80 at the front and Dunlop T900 70/80 at the back with 125ZR sport rim... And of course I'm using stock front/rear suspension... Tried to 'layan lap' until I scratched my single 'tongkat' on the tarmac in 60km/h speed...I'm still on the bike lor.. Then I'm using alloy spokes rim + same tyre...even at 40km/h I feel like I'm floating at the same corner... So I come with a conclusion that using sport rim is better for 'layan lap'... That's why most of the cup prix cubs using sport rim...Syok nk layan lap lor... If you want a better grip, use Brigestone Battlax...The same as cup prix cub's tire... Rm180 per piece... For the suspension, now I'm sneaking over the Yamaha Lagenda Limited Edition rear suspension which have the 'gas' tank... Original KYB Rm120...
