hey guys,my honda Wave 125 is over a year old,so far the heaviest maintenance i done is change the sprocket.. now i`m beginning to worry bout others like air filters,carburetors,etc.

i`m really a noob n dun have any idea on how to service these stuff and how much it costs.. could anyone give suggestion? it`d be really great,thanks...

btw,the exhaust pipe is rusty,does it need to be replaced with new one? gonna be expensive,huh?

for oil filter n oil treatment(how to ask the mechanic in malay for these two stuff?),does every motor workshop do this? coz i havent seen it done b4.. is the oil filter same thing as air filter??

btw,i change the oil(minyak hitam) once a month,maybe i should change twice a month but everytime i buy no less than RM10 brands... btw,i`ve nvr tried the RM20 above oils,does it really improve much or juz can stand longer?

my front n rear brakes sounds like metal scratching when i use it.. its been that way for a few months now.. need to change? will cost around how much? using honda wave 125 here,2 years old.. thanks

note,b4 this has happened to me once n i`ve changed the rubber pad for front brake n change brake drum(is tis correct term?) for rear brake.. but i find it unusual it didnt last for a year.. what is the common life-period of brakes? depends on usage?

which workshop around subang jaya/usj the best for motorcycle service?
i tried SS19 before,chinese workshop at end of the workshops lot..

guys,is it critical when exhaust pipe(before the big silencer) is full of rust? need to change the whole thing or just let it be? using honda wave 125
