anyone tried carburettor cleaning for motors? i've tried it on my bike using the same method as i used on cars, use the carburettor cleaner spray can, one tiny spray is enough to put the engine to sleep when u leave it on idle.. must rev kaw kaw, then only can spray in short bursts, then can see black smoke come out, very smelly..
i even remove my spark plug, spray into the hole, then screw in the plug and try to start, then see puffs of black smoke coming out, just tangan gatal trying to clean the combustion chamber a bit.. haha.. dunno whether those black smokes are deposits in the carb and combustion chamber or is it just simply because of the pembakaran kurang lengkap..

i like to do experiments with my bike, tried doing grounding kit and voltage stabilizers, then feed my motor those petrol tank type fuel system cleaner, then feed tufoil to my motor... might sounds silly, but i'm just eager to know whether these things that worked for cars will work for motor or not..

any one face any problem of noisy electric starter? my kriss is like coughing whenever i use the electric starter, very loud to the extent that i feel embarrassed, so i just kick start it nowadays..
could it be other problems that is causing that? or is it just the starter is dying? it'll still run, just that damn noisy, and took sometime before the motor will start..

Check your battery. It could be dying.

i have a feeling that it's not the battery.. normally how long does a battery last?
i have a battery charger at home, and i've tried using the starter with the charger on, sounds the same also...
the charger can output 12-14V @ 6amp max, should be able to power the starter rite?

First thing to do is to ensure your water level in the battery is correct. Then go ahead and charge it up. Let the batt charge for an hour or so and try it again. Connecting the charger to the batt is not good enough.

Batteries usually last for 1-2 years.

checked, and charged... it just got worst..
