QUOTE(Taman Linkin @ Feb 1 2007, 10:57 PM) Setapak bro. And I really hope u turn to big bike ( kapcai is ok to ) after u confiden enuff and have enuff money to do so. Not I anti scoot but seriously scooter is dominating the road till I cant see any kapcai or 150sport now. And that will lead to more ***ty scoot coming at the dealer near you. And then modenas will always build a scoot and wont move to sportbike coz scoot have a higer demand than any other bike types. **** those scooterist who pimp his ****ty scoot to show off that pieces of crap. Becoz of u modenas will **** more scoot from its factory. But no offend to those who buy it just to ride around practically or to learn how to ride. Support u bro woah, chill, the mega speakers in a box VS125 era is over already, most of the scooters that are pimped nowadays only used for roadshows, I hard doubt they have the courage to take it out and leave it parked in a remote lot in a mall anyway. but then I still see more EX5, 125Z and most commonly RXZ only on the road, rarely see scoot like mine or Modenas, VS most common and usually uncle only ride it to mini market. Dunno la, maybe that area see different than Shah Alam. Oh yeah, and don't just say Modenas lar, because Honda, Suzuki, MZ and Yamaha already made a market of big bikes overseas.. if let's say no Honda big bikes here and only Boon Siew can make a living out of their scooters and kapcais, will you say the same about them? Yeah, that's why I say the EX5 all over the place here and I'm complaining about them. Honda has the Click, Air Blade, etc, and they don't come in a scooter form (ie Nouvo style).. but I'd really rather see scooter than kapcai because scooter very hard to wheelie

need to run in lar, all helmet like that one.. visor darker than what you see bogo offer is illegal, but I simply only keep going with the 15% smoke visor, forgot what brand but its quite ok quality also. i dunno why but on fullface JPJ wont bother, whereas my N60 and X11 have 50% smoke and irdium visor installed but its legal..

QUOTE(andrewhtf @ Feb 14 2007, 04:05 PM) frankly, talking about helmet, i'd say, be kiasu kiasi and buy the best helmet that u can afford... if anything ever happen, u'd thank ur helmet for saving ur life... get a full face if possible... u'll be grateful for having it saving ur handsome face in case of a fall. i wear a fullface even when i'm on kapchai. dont forget, RM5000 helmet strap untied is worthless compared to an RM50 helmet with the strap tied

RM1 to the first person to guess it's quality too guys, you buy a fullface to protect your face, not for the sake of wearing something other than Apollo or MS88.... think about it, you get what you pay for...

think of it this way, I have heard about two types of crashes before from the people involved. one is with a MHR fullface unknown model and another with an Arai Astro J. MHR guy gets bumped from the left by a Kancil, drops and slides about 100 meter and suffered road rash on his face but no scars, the whole front broken into bits. Arai case, accidentally highside at a traffic light junction during mid day traffic, car almost run into him and 1 tonne LORRY ran OVER his helmet with his face pointing down to the ground. damage was severe, but he also only suffered road rash because his cheeks were pushed out of the helmet opening after the visor broke. whats your opinion? MHR quite good quality one also you know. edit: just checked with the guy, the lorry didnt run over his helmet, the tyre of the lorry sort of rammed into his helmet and dragged it for about 100 meters, but thats still quite bad yeah? and he can still get up and confront the lorry driver also!
