You can purchase from us directly at this time. We are finalising packaging designs with our partners in Malaysia and will announce soon.

The expiration date is on the card, but if you let us know your travel date, then we will send to you one which will be valid when you are in Japan to use.

Its advisable to purchase the card 1 1/2 week before you leave for Japan, no point purchasing it now if your travel date is months ahead.

Cheers.

I am leaving first week of november for 1/52 vacation. The worry is the need to do some setting changes when putting in the new sim card. Is the configuration done manually?. Is there a place where somebody can try it first in our phone to make sure it is working? . Klia2 perhaps?.

Hi there,

Best if you purchase soonest because stock in hand is moving pretty fast. Note 5 is fine as long as your phone is not locked to a carrier ie. prevents you from using a different mobile carrier.

The data package of the sim is as above, so your 10 days visit to Japan fits nicely.

As for reviews, there is really nothing much to review as our network partner is NTT DoCoMo. If you google, you will find a lot of positive reviews on people using NTT's network as oppose to softbank, KDDI, etc.

We are like Tunetalk, RedTone, etc. These company uses Celcom infrastructure, so if you know celcom's network quality, then you will know Tunetalk, Redtones network quality. Like us, we partner with NTT Docomo, so basically, you will be using Japan's best mobile carrier network infrastructure. It cannot get any better. smile.gif

Cheers.
