You can use Pureen, Palmer or Bio Oil. You can buy from any local pharmacy. Apply 2-3 times a day. Start when you are pregnant (not 2-3 months pregnant).
Please check with you gynae. They would probably say any oil or lotion will do. Anyhow, please seek advice from them. |

QUOTE(ic no 851025071234 @ Aug 6 2015, 03:55 PM) But u not concern impact to the baby? Not worry at all.our first seems normal until now when it came out even though we had sex regularly like non pregnant couples. Didnt even bother to put on protection. And seems my wife also more 'hormonal' if you know what i mean..hahah. but prior to that i did some research all doctors said it is safe.recommended even.but not sure for the case of high risk pregnancy.Like if too rough movement affect or got sperms mix with the baby. Something like that. |

I heard coconut oil has better absorption into skin than olive oil as it is lighter. As for reducing stretch marks, I know of some who swear by a combination of the coconut oil or Shea butter with magnesium oil (Elementz brand in Malaysia). |
